What Products can be made at BRFV?
 

These are just a few of the products that can be made at BRFV:
Baked goods such as breads, cookies, biscotti, pies
Catered fresh foods
Pasteurized fruit and vegetable juices
Specialty and ethnic foods
Dried products such as apples, tomatoes, herbs, and shiitake mushrooms
Pasta, granola, dry mixes
Wedding cakes
Prepared meals for home delivery
Frozen fruits and vegetables
Specialty jams, jellies and fruit butters
Pickles and relishes
Hot sauces and salsas

How Much Will It Cost? 

Clients only pay for the time they use the space. The basic hourly rental fee for kitchen space is $22/hour. There are also monthly charges for space used in coolers or dry storage. The facility can be used on a daily basis, part-time, or seasonally, with access 24 hours a day/ seven days a week.
