WNC Business Unveils “Mobile Adventure Gear” at International Outdoor Retail Show

Salt Lake City, UT—SylvanSport, based in Cedar Mountain, NC unveiled its “Go” product, described as mobile adventure gear, at the Outdoor Retail Show. The product is a revamp of a traditional popup camper targeted to the outdoor adventure market.
SylvanSport, owned by Tom Dempsey, has a long-standing relationship with AdvantageWest since the products inception. Initially assisted through Blue Ridge Entrepreneurial Council’s networking and business development forums, they then received capital formation assistance through the Blue Ridge Angel Investors Network. Most recently, the AdvantageWest helped introduce the company to potential suppliers for his product.
